Results and Benefits

The transition to a virtual format proved to be a tremendous success for Blueberry. The online fairs attracted record numbers of attendees, with nearly 1000 visitors and over 11,500 messages exchanged in just four hours during their first digital fair. Being such a success, Blueberry leveraged this platform to host their fairs even after the pandemic, transitioning to a hybrid format offering both a physical fair, and a digital one.

The hybrid approach combined the benefits of physical and virtual participation, ensuring high engagement and accessibility, allowing visitors nationwide to attend the event without the hassle of travelling. Feedback from exhibitors and attendees has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the efficiency and effectiveness of the virtual format, the design of the platform, as well as the support from the Virtual Days team.
